Invoicing

• Invoices will be in £ sterling
• Cleared funds are required prior to dispatch, unless other conditions have been agreed

Payment

• We prefer bank transfer but do accept UK cheques 

UK Deliveries

• Deliveries to the UK mainland are charged at cost, using the excellent and fast service by London City Bond
• We dispatch orders received before 6.00 pm on the next working day 
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Airfreight to Hong Kong often leaves on Saturdays.

European & WorldWide Deliveries

• Worldwide deliveries are charged at cost. Since we ship large volume, you can rest assured we get the most competitive rates from our forwarders
